Description
Made this entirely in Photoshop 7, during my Electronic Journalism class. The only thing I didn't make was the angel, which I just dragged onto the picture randomly from the internet. I did this awhile back, so I have no idea who to give credit to... but, just for the record, that angel's not mine.
Pretty easy to make. Difference Clouds, leaf paintbrush, grass paintbrushes, and I used a star paintbrushed and motion blurred it, so that's how the rain was made.
I really wish I had my own Photoshop 7.
